This was my second time to try this restaurant. My friend and I went when it first opened and had fajitas which were good but wanted to try it again. This time I got the steak fajita quesadilla with bell pepper, onion and jalapeños. My only complaint was they need to use more cheese because my quesadilla just had everything falling out of it. They just need to use more cheese so it stays together while eating it. We also had chips, queso and salsa which were all good.
The new owner took a good restaurant and turned it into an amazing restaurant!!! It is so clean and bright now and still the best tasting food around! We were hesitant to come in after the original owners closed it and the new one opened it, we had no idea the new owner was our favorite waitress we used to come in and see weekly. Congratulations Katie (sp) we will be back all the time now.
We really like the food here but they either refuse to go orders or they won’t answer the phone. My husband gets hung up on all the time. It’s very frustrating. Seems like they’re having trouble staying staffed so I’m giving them grace for that, but it’s likely they will lose our business soon as this happens too often.
Food was sooo yummy! Service was good and the restaurant was very clean.
I went to Bita’s Tex Mex last Thursday night and had a mixed experience. We started with the chips and salsa, which were actually really good. The chips were fresh and crispy, and the salsa had nice flavor and just the right amount of kick. Unfortunately, the main course didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered the enchiladas, and when they came out, the tortillas were very dry and rubbery, which made them difficult to enjoy. The sauce was also extremely thick—almost pasty—which overpowered the dish instead of complementing it. Overall, it just wasn’t a great food experience. On a positive note, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Good service goes a long way, but the food quality needs improvement for me to return.
The salsa!! The best! I need to order that to go! The enchilada and crunchy taco plate was great! They are new so be patient! The food is worth it!!
The food was amazing. It was packed, but we were able to be seated within 15 minutes. Waitresses were busy busy but very attentive. The food was outstanding authentic very tasty all the way down to the mesa used for the tamales. I can’t wait to go back and try the fajitas cause those smelled Delicious. everything that we tried was good. That included Cheese enchiladas with cheese sauce, cheese enchilada with con Carne sauce, guacamole, tostados, crunchy beef taco, Guacamole, Queso and salsa. But I think my favorite thing was the incredible chicken tamale
Food was good. Service was a little off. They have only been open a few days, so may take a while work out the kinks. Will be back and review again! Bet it will get better!
